MIXED MEDIA CONVERTER
IgniteNet™’s new Mixed Media Converter is an evolutionary advance in media conversion. At its core, the Mixed Media Converter converts 1000Mbps copper Ethernet to 1000Mbps fiber allowing for Passive POE in on the Ethernet port, while providing a 12-56V DC power tap for accessory connectivity. The Mixed Media Converter can also be directly connected to a DC power cable and provide Passive PoE out on it’s Ethernet RJ-45 port offering unparalleled flexibility.
The pluggable fiber optics port allows for flexible network configurations using SFP transceivers supplied by other manufacturers. The Mixed Media Converter can accommodate any 1000Mbps SERDES SFP optical modules for easy migration from short-haul to long haul fiber connections by simply changing the optical module interface.
METROLINQ ALIGNMENT SCOPE
Utilizing leading-edge technology, IgniteNet’s MetroLinq™ Alignment Scope delivers unprecedented performance and ensures precise antenna positioning in the field, bringing accuracy during deployments, installations, and ongoing operations. Initial antenna position is critical during Metrolinq™ antenna upgrades or new deployments for post-installation network performance. The Metrolinq™ Alignment Scope saves time and money by eliminating costly site re-visits and re-climbs.

Using the MetroLinq™ Alignment Scope is quick and easy. After mounting the scope to the MetroLinq™ chassis using the straightforward attachment system, the installer adjusts the antenna to center the scope crosshairs on the target endpoint location to ensure proper link alignment.

Other helpful uses include verifying the optical line of sight for the link, ensuring local mount placement viability, and determining ideal mount locations for distant endpoints.
